He earned his B.S. in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Mr. Luther holds 32 patents gained during his 38-year career in broadcast engineering at RCA, and is the author of ten books, including Video Camera Technology and Principles of Digital Audio and Video, both published by Artech House.
