RONALD M. GREEN is a co-founder and member of the firm. He is resident in the New York office and manages the firm's national labor and employment law practice. An accomplished trial attorney of national reputation, Mr. Green represents multinational and domestic corporations on a wide variety of labor and employment matters. Prior to co-founding Epstein Becker & Green, Mr. Green gained substantial labor regulatory expertise while working for the U.S. Department of Labor. As counsel for the Department's Office of Contract Compliance, and thereafter head of the Civil Rights Division, Mr. Green helped author many of the agency's regulations. He also played integral roles in the litigation and settlement of the landmark AT&T case and the Steel Industry Consent Decree. He has been a consultant to the U.S. Secretary of Labor and the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Green lectures extensively throughout the country, and has authored numerous publications.
