JAMES C. SCHOLTZ is director of the Yankton Community Library in Yankton, South Dakota. He has previously worked as the AV department head in a public library, as an audiovisual consultant at a regional library system in Illinois, and as a community college library director. He has authored three books and numerous professional articles.
