Overview

FBI Special Agent Malcolm Gee, who specializes in hunting serial killers, is on vacation when he discovers a decapitated head. He wants to get away from death and thinks he's found the woman of his dreams, so he's happy to leave the investigation to the police. But circumstances intervene. A friend, Skipper, reveals that the head belongs to his sister and begs Malcolm to search for her killer. Reluctantly, Malcolm undertakes an unofficial investigation that uncovers government malfeasance and more gruesome cartel-style executions. His girlfriend, Valerie, having second thoughts about their relationship, complicates the hunt for the murderer and the mastermind behind it all. While Malcolm juggles multiple priorities, the number of victims seeking a voice, an avenger, rises.
