He has published 66 SCI journal papers, has h index 16, wrote two text books (2014 and 2017 in Slovenian) and supervised 13 finished PhD students, currently he is supervising 5 PhD students. He has authored more than 20 scientific papers on the topic of vibration fatigue, including the 2013 titled Frequency-domain methods for a vibration-fatigue-life estimation - Application to real data which is the #3 cited paper in International Journal of Fatigue. He is also on the editorial board of the Mechanical Systems and Signal Processing (IF=5.00). He was the Fulbright scholar at the University of Texas at Austin. Google Scholar counts more than 1500 citations, close to 400 in first half of 2020 alone. Dr. Miha Boltežar, is Professor of Mechanics and Chair of Mechanics at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Ljubljana. He has published close to 120 SCI journal papers, has h index 20, wrote one textbook (in Slovenian) and supervised close to 30 finished PhD students, currently he is supervising 7 PhD students. He is also the head of the Laboratory for dynamics of machines and structures (total 15-20 researchers, PhD students and 3 professors). He has 1030 citations in WoS. Dr. Matjaž Mršnik, finished his PhD in vibration fatigue from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Ljubljana (2016). During the time of his studies he co-authored 3 papers (including the Vibration fatigue using modal decomposition) and worked on improving vibration resistance of structures. His now tackling problems in the automotive industry. Dr. Martin Cesnik, is an experienced researcher Mechanics at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering he is researching vibration fatigue. He finished his PhD in 2013. He co-authored 9 original scientific papers on the topic of vibration fatigue. Dr. Jaka Javh, holds degrees in Mechanical as well as Electrical engineering. In 2018 he finished his PhD on the topic of measuring full-field modal responses using cameras.
