He was expert advisor to DG Competition in the preparation of the new block exemption regime on vertical agreements. He holds an LLM from the University of Virgina and a lic. iuris from the University of Antwerp. Filip Tuytschaever is a member of the Brussels Bar and partner at the Brussels-based law firm contrast. Filip is a professor of EU competition law at the Law Faculty of the University of Brussels (VUB). Filip holds a lic. iuris from the University of Ghent, an LLM in International and European Law from the University of Brussels (VUB) and in Business Management from VLEKHO.
