Velvet Smoke

Overview

'Velvet Smoke' is a vivid and detailed story about how one woman became the most feared enemy of Islamic radical fundamentalists across the globe. These fanatics created the nightmare that now haunts them-an active force determined to seek out those who share their faith in personal terrorism, targeting those they mistakenly label as infidels and ruthlessly erasing them from existence. These extremists were responsible not only for killing her friends but also for murdering an old flame she had just reunited with after fifteen years apart. This horrific act by these violent thugs will not be forgiven, regardless of whether those responsible died in the blast. Their fanatical followers-all of them-will pay the price for that mistake. Velvet will go to any lengths to track them down and eliminate them wherever they pray. However, the more enemies Velvet eliminates, the bigger the target she becomes-not just for the Jihadi terrorists but possibly even for someone close to her. She suspects there is an agent within her own government who wants her dead because she has been unofficially using her military training-as a former Special Forces Army Captain-to track down and kill every enemy she can in the name of freedom and the American people. Velvet believes that her country's citizens have suffered long enough at the hands of these sycophantic goons who call themselves Jihadi soldiers, enemies of the United States and its people, and she is determined to end this. Will Velvet succeed in her revenge quest, or will someone within the U.S. government use their power and influence to secretly track her down on behalf of these Jihadi terrorists and help the enemy kill one of our own?
