Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationEmilio Gonzalez Nosti, born in Candas, Asturias, Spain, in 1985, he has a degree in architecture from Madrid UAX (Universidad Alfonso X el Sabio), a degree in psychology from the UNED (Universidad Nacional de Educacion), and a national soccer coaching certification from the Escuela del Deporte del Principado de Asturias.He began his coaching career at UAX with the university's women's team while finishing his architecture studies. When he arrived in Gijon, he set aside an architect job to start coaching at Asuncion CF, where he managed to get his Juvenil team to the first division while also studying Psychology at the UNED. In Asuncion he worked as director of summer programming and director of methodology, in addition to spending 8 years as coach of the Juvenil A.After that period he joined Real Sporting de Gijon, with the Juvenil B team. After becoming league champions with that team, he moved to the Juvenil A team in the Honor Division, qualifying the team for the Copa del Rey.In the following season (2019/20), he assumed the direction of the club's psychology department, an area that he currently coordinates. In the middle of the 20-21 season, he took a place on the bench of Sporting B in the Spanish Segunda B division, assuming the role of assistant coach in the coaching staff of Sergio Sanchez.He is the author of the book Un psicologo en tu equipo (A psychologist in your team) and is the director of the Centro Deportivo Equipo located in Gijon, Spain.
