Reviews

In my opinion, the format is exceptional for use in training. The format is also excellent for readers such as busy managers/executives who are typically overloaded with material they need to read. It is a quick read or can be quickly scanned for core content by reading bullet statements, boxed-in highlighted text, etc. I'm pleased to see that despite the unique format, the book/manual doesn't dilute or leave out content that is critical lean theory. You can tell this book is written by practitioners who have actually done it. - Bob Angeli, Vice President of Operations, IdraPrince, June 2004
