Overview

This work is devoted to examining issues related to the status, development, and problems existing in valuation activities in the Republic of Belarus. It considers state regulation of this type of activity, namely: the legislative framework, the system of standards for valuing civil rights objects, and the organization of appraiser certification in the country. The second part of the work is related to the cadastral valuation of land in Belarus. It describes the structure of the state land cadastre and outlines the procedure for the cadastral valuation of land in populated areas in the country. Particular attention is paid to the areas of application of the results of such valuation. In 2014, the National Cadastral Agency of the Republic of Belarus prepared a new reference and information software product, the ""Public Cadastral Map,"" which provides the ability to visually display information contained in the information resources of the National Cadastral Agency. The map is currently in non-commercial operation and undergoing testing.
