The Vagus nerve is a very important part of our nervous system, and it benefited me to learn more about it through this book. It even helped me overcome my sleeping problems. Can you believe that? Through Sharon Copeland's words, I managed to live a better life with a better lifestyle and a whole lot of knowledge. It was a very informative read. As much as it was readable, it was still very professional and well-written. It was a page-turner because all of the book's information is very new to me, and I'm grateful to have found this piece of work. I recommend it to all my friends.
