Mehmet Durnali , Ph.D., received his doctorate in Education Administration in 2018 from the Institute of Educational Science at Hacettepe University, Turkey. He is an assistant professor of educational sciences at the Faculty of Education, Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University. He has published several books, book chapters, articles and conference papers in the field of educational administration, school effectiveness, school leadership, educational supervision, teacher training, organizational goals, organizational behaviors, psychological assessment, the use of ICT in education, knowledge management, technological leadership, lifelong learning and project management.
