Mohamed Timoulali holds a Land Surveyor Engineer Degree from Institut Agronomique et Veterinaire Hassan II (IAVH II), Rabat (1974), and a joint Dr-Eng in Computer Sciences from Lyon I Claude Bernard University and INSA Lyon, France (1981). He is Director of the GTOPIC sarl based in Rabat, Morocco since July 2013, Consulting Engineering on Land Governance, Geomatics and ICT.
