Overview

This publication describes the work undertaken by the Working Group 3 'Application of models for assessing radiological impacts arising from NORM and radioactively contaminated legacy sites to support the management of remediation' of the IAEA's MODARIA programme. The activities of Working Group 3 covered three tasks:  Task 1: Methodology for risk and safety assessment in support of remediation;  Task 2: Development of the Normalysa modelling platform;  Task 3: Model-model and model-data comparison studies.
