Overview

After the quick annihilation of their Commission by James, secret meetings are being held in Sicily. And as a result of these transgressions, five of the oldest Italian, Sicilian, and Russian Mafia families have unified to form a Super Commission. But in order for them to be successful against James, they must agree to be under the command of someone inside James's organization willing to betray him. A grand jury has indicted James for murder and racketeering under the RICO Act. The judge has surprisingly remanded him into the custody of the government until the conclusion of his trial. He has waived his right to counsel, to represent himself, but this would not be the strangest of his decisions from his jail cell.
