Gary Haq is a research associate at the Stockholm Environment Institute, University of York where he specializes in urban environment and air pollution issues and is co-editor of The Earthscan Reader on World Transport Policy and Practice. Cornie Huizenga is the Head of the Secretariat of the Clean Air Initiative for Asian Cities (CAI-Asia) based at the Asian Development Bank, Manila.
