Overview

Writing can be another form of worship when it happens between us and God. Cause your heart and mind to be stirred as you allow yourself through your own sacred writing and mine to draw close to Jesus as the power of the Holy Spirit deepens your relationship to the Creator. This is an opportunity for you to write for yourself and re-write somebody else's writing-mine. The challenge: let God be your teacher as you learn more about writing, yourself, and God through divine communication. Allow yourself to be awakened to what God may say to you (good, bad, or otherwise) on the forms of Christian love. May you be inspired to write your own stories, small or large, with the help of Jesus Christ our Savior, without Whom none of this would be possible. God bless you.

Geraldine Lynn Neiworth has been writing creatively since the age of nine and is a sixty-two-year-old cancer survivor. She loves the worship form of sacred writing. She believes though not everyone can sing (something she also enjoys and was good at until recently), people can learn to write. She has been a born-again, Holy Spirit-filled Christian woman for over forty years. An honors student most of her academic life, she graduated with a bachelor of arts degree from The Evergreen State College in 1986. She attempted to complete more graduate work; however, circumstances with another family member's illness caused her to take a different path. Uploads to God: A Writer's Friend is her first book. She resides in Vancouver, WA.
