Dr. Soobhiraj Bungsraz brings over three decades of practical experience in system engineering in aviation technology to his work, which, combined with his teaching and research in politics, informs the content of this book. Collaborating with an intersectoral team, this work builds upon the theoretical framework outlined in his previous book, 'Operationalising e-Democracy through a System Engineering Approach in Mauritius and Australia,' offering further applied knowledge.
