He has taught drawing and cartooning to kids and adults for over thirty years at schools including Rhode Island School of Design and MassBay. Together with his childhood friend Ted “T. M.” Murphy, Mark co-created the series Totally Weird Activity Books in support of their mission to get kids creating. Mark lives in Massachusetts. T. M. Murphy, aka Ted, is a book author, educator, and speaker. He has written books for children and adults and teaches writing classes at Boston College and summer workshops with young writers.
