Unturned Stones is a remarkable and heartfelt exploration of what it truly means to lead with purpose, empathy, and authenticity. Ranjith Abraham's insights remind us that leadership isn't about knowing all the answers; it's about being courageous enough to ask the right questions, value others' strengths, and create cultures where people feel they belong. This book beautifully aligns with the principles I hold dear-especially the power of creating ""learning moments"" and leading with a servant's heart. A must-read for leaders seeking to build cultures that inspire and empower teams to thrive.
