Untouched

Overview

In post-WWII Germany, a widowed father embarks on a perilous journey to rescue his kidnapped son, rekindling a romance with a former lover while navigating treacherous alliances with former officers and a ruthless Russian assassin. Steven C. Halder, an intelligent and handsome American, grapples with the sorrow of losing his wife, Kara, and the guilt of not knowing about his son until now. His life takes a dramatic turn when he discovers that his son, living in Germany, has been kidnapped. Determined to save him, Steven returns to a land filled with memories of war and loss. Silvia, a close friend from his past, worked for Steven's stepfather during the war. Their brief romantic encounter lingers in Steven's heart, complicating his mission. As they join forces to find their son, old feelings resurface, creating a bond that is both tender and fraught with tension. They must navigate the dangerous landscape of post-war Germany, where former allies and enemies alike can shift allegiances in an instant. Victor, a retired German general and best friend of Steven's stepfather, offers expert advice and assistance to Steven in his quest to find his son. Fritz, another ally from Steven's past, shares his disdain for the Hitler regime, providing crucial support. Artis, a former officer who helped Steven escape during the war, now works for the railroad and holds vital information. However, lurking in the shadows is Anya, a ruthless Russian assassin responsible for the kidnapping, whose deadly skills pose a constant threat. As Steven races against time, he must confront his past, protect his family, and face the demons that haunt him.
