Overview

Das Konzept der Kinetic-Inductance Detektoren (KID) bietet ein grosses Potential fur den Entwurf von hochempfindlichen und hochaufloesenden Detektorarrays. In dieser Arbeit werden fur KIDs planare Leitungsresonatoren optimiert und deren Guten maximiert. Anhand von Simulationen und Messungen wird die Packungsdichte von Multi-Resonator-Systemen untersucht und parasitare Kopplungen minimiert. Die Erweiterung vom Einzelresonator zum Array wird aufgezeigt.
