OverviewThis book examines how the rapid acceleration and interconnection of globalization comes with the need for more flexible and adaptable solutions to complex problems and solutions. He is a Phd Engineer from universidad de los Andes Bogotá DC Colombia focus on the emerging field of Engineering for peace building , He was Chair of Organizational Engineering at Sergio Arboleda University in Bogotá DC where he was a tenured professor for 5 years, He teaches Systems Theory, Systemic thinking, Systems Dynamics and Project management courses. He is a Management Engineer from the Solvay Business School of Management & Economics from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in Belgium. He is an industrial Engineer from the Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá DC Colombia, Master of Science MS Industrial Engineering Magister with emphasis in Organizational Management and Master of Social Sciences , MSS Peace Building Magister. He works as part of the Engineering Exchange for Social Justice in the University of San Diego where he supports the User Centered design class in the Shiley Marcos School of Engineering and the Social Innovation Class in the Joan Kroc Peace Studies Center.
