Robert F. Nagel is presently Ira C. Rothgerber, Jr. Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Colorado School of Law. He is the author of Constitutional Cultures, Judicial Power and American Character, Intellect and Craft, The Implosion of American Federalism; along with many edited works and articles in Constitutional law.
