OverviewIn West Belessa woreda (district), there is a concern that, a considerable number of couples are not using contraceptives despite their desire to space and stop childbearing that affect the maternal and child health. In order to limit the fertilty rate by preventing all unwanted births, it is necessary to identify the factors associated with low contraceptive prevalence among those who have positive attitude to regulate their fertility.
