OverviewFor some three decades of my forty-two-year career in law enforcement, moving in and out of corrections institutions, I studied the behaviors of career criminals. In my final decade, I advised others across the United States about how career criminals think and why crime is their way of life; it follows a pattern that can be learned at an early age within our social structure.
