Reviews

""Ideas? Easier than ever. Leading innovation? Trickier than ever... unless you've got this book."" Michael Bungay Stanier, author of The Coaching Habit ""Robyn M. Bolton's insights on building an innovation culture that thrives within existing corporate structures are spot-on. Unlocking Innovation is an invaluable resource for anyone navigating corporate innovation, providing a relatable and human-centered framework while emphasizing the importance of leadership behavior, smart structures, and a supportive culture. It is the playbook every CXO needs to drive meaningful change and deliver measurable impact."" Ben Geheb, global chief experience (CX) strategy officer at VML ""Robyn M. Bolton's book stands out for its practical, nuts-and-bolts approach to innovation. As an executive, I appreciate how she anticipates the real-world challenges we face over time and provides concrete strategies to overcome them. This is the kind of book you can hand to a new innovation leader and say 'make it so.'"" Joern Kallmeyer, chief supply chain officer at tms ""In Unlocking Innovation, Robyn M. Bolton offers a rare combination of sharp insight and wit to successfully drive innovation. Her examples deeply resonate with my experiences in biotech, providing the kind of practical wisdom that can accelerate breakthrough discoveries and their path to market."" Rachel Sha, CEO of Vaxess Technologies ""The cupboard was bare. After the innovation pipeline had been mismanaged for several years, I was asked to take over and start from scratch. It was the first time in my career we literally had no new products in development. The VP of R&D and I, then VP of strategic marketing, embraced a new approach to jump-start innovation. Our added challenge was building new teams at the same time. With the clock ticking, and the business desperate for new platforms, we called in help, which came in the form of Robyn M. Bolton. Working with her, we transformed the mindsets of both marketing and R&D and unleashed our creativity. We moved through concepts quickly, based on consumer insights, and then accelerated development with the toolkit and coaching she provided. The result? We launched a pipeline that produced new revenue for over a decade, including the number-one-selling glucose meter in the world."" Eric Compton, former president and CEO
