Unknown Worlds!: A Collection of Paranormal Cartoons

Overview

This book will take you places you could never imagine. Bring a change of underwear. -John Caldwell, MAD cartoonist
Inside this collection of paranormal cartoons, award-winning cartoonist Revilo depicts a universe existing somewhere between The X-Files and Mad Libs.
More than 120 single-panel black-and-white and color cartoons ponder the reasons for the existence of cheap particle-board furniture and call attention to the mysterious and perfunctory uses of coat hangers-and more!
Revilo puts the extra in extraterrestrial by conjuring up thought-provoking animations of lying frogs, sheet-clad ghosts, talking haystacks, and seriously oversized felines.
Aside from caramel corn dogs and mint-flavored mayonnaise smoothies, readers will find that Revilo's world closely mirrors our own-with the exception of strategically placed reset switches.
