Regulations issued by executive branch agencies are available in the Code of Federal Regulations. Proposed and recently adopted regulations may be found in the Federal Register. The United States Code is the Code of Laws of the United States of America and is a compilation and codification by subject matter of all the general and permanent Federal laws of the United States. This volume contains codified Federal laws as of 2012 pertaining to corporate law issues including commerce and trade, including import and export laws.
