Now includes the new Article 117a titled 'Wrongful broadcast or distribution of intimate visual images' The Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) is the military justice system of the armed forces of the United States and lists criminal offenses under military law. It unifies, consolidates and codifies the Articles of War, the Articles for the Government of the Navy, and the disciplinary laws of the Coast Guard. The rules and regulations are issued by the President in an executive order by the Manual for Courts-Martial (MCM). Why buy a book you can download for free? We print this book so you don't have to. First you gotta find a good clean (legible) copy and make sure it's the latest version (not always easy). Some documents found on the web are missing some pages or the image quality is so poor, they are difficult to read.
