Author Information

ABOUT THE AUTHOR Jay P. DeCima, aka ""Fixer Jay"", is a seasoned investor/landlord and a national best-selling real estate author. He's also a sober alcoholic. Over the past 45 years, Jay's popular books and ""Investor Training Seminars"" have helped many small-time investors create second incomes and launch ""full-time"" stay at home careers. Jay is a long-term member of Alcoholics Anonymous and remains active in local AA groups. He continues to carry the message, speaking at various AA events and at conferences throughout Northern California. Today, Jay spends his time writing and managing his investment properties. He also offers assistance to investors who have read his books and continue to study his investing techniques. According to Jay, a sizable number of ex-students are also friends of Bill W. Naturally, Jay attributes the AA program to their real estate success. Although slowing down at age 91, Jay still enjoys visiting the old towns in the Gold Country, ever reminding him of his lifesaving AA miracle that happened in a little Sutter Creek church more than a half century ago.
