OverviewThe present book is the second volume in the series Underutilized and Underexploited Horticultural Crops, edited by Prof. K.V. Peter. Like the first volume, this one also covers six chapters on underexploited fruits, five on vegetables, one on tuber crops, three each on flowers and trees, and two on spices.
