Laurie Mook is an associate professor in the School of Community Resources and Development at Arizona State University. John R. Whitman is a visiting assistant professor of Entrepreneurship and Leadership in the College of Business Administration at The University of Alabama in Huntsville. Jack Quarter is a professor in the Department of Leadership, Higher and Adult Education at the University of Toronto. He is a founding member of Ontario Institute for Studies in Education’s Social Economy Centre. Ann Armstrong is the director of the Social Enterprise Initiative at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
