Heng Choon (Oliver) Chan is an Assistant Professor of Criminology at City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, SAR. Oliver was awarded the 'Early Career Award' by the Research Grants Council of the University Grants Committee, Hong Kong, in 2014 and received the 'Outstanding Criminology Ambassador Award' in 2012 from the University of South Florida, USA.
