A ""nugget"" is a lump of gold or other precious metal found ready-formed in the earth. So it is with the Book of Proverbs. There are many precious ""nuggets of wisdom"" found in the writings of the Book of Proverbs. It is my aim to share some of these precious discoveries with you by careful reading, probing the original language, giving attention to the date and culture of the writings, and depending upon the Holy Spirit who inspired this book to give clear understanding.
