Author Information

Trevor Dummer is an Associate Professor in the School of Population and Public Health at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada, where he holds the Canadian Cancer Society Chair in Cancer Primary Prevention. Trained in the UK, he is an interdisciplinary cancer prevention scientist with a background in health geography, GIS and environmental epidemiology. His research is concerned with how the environment influences cancer; including environmental exposures and the interrelation between behaviours and the built environment. This work cuts across the interplay between behaviour, environment, exposures and cancer risk to support cancer prevention through integrated knowledge translation.
