Frank Kohlenstein brings over 40 years of collegiate coaching experience and a 474-232-64 career record. Known for building successful programs, Kohlenstein led USC-Spartanburg from a club sport to a varsity team, making three Final Four appearances. At UNC-Charlotte, he laid the foundation for lasting success with a 77-32-12 record. At the Colorado School of Mines, he led the men's team to a 231-120-38 record and founded the women's program, going 55-36-9. He then took over at the University of Central Arkansas, opening with an 11-6 record and finishing 29-27-13. Through Best Day Ever Consultancy, Kohlenstein now works with coaches, leaders, and teams to develop transformative cultures through strong leadership.He holds degrees from Florida State and Montana State, a FIFA coaching certificate, and a US Soccer A license.Frank Kohlenstein lives in Golden, Colorado, with his wife, Deb.
