OverviewThe third and final story in the Under the Bluffs trilogy is finally here! The story takes place two years after the events of Under the Water. If you haven't read Under the Bluffs or Under the Water, you might want to consider reading those books before taking on this sequel as the books are best enjoyed in sequential order. The year is 1996, and Tony Jankowski has only been a full-fledged police officer for a few months. His buddy Jeff has also completed his training to become a firefighter and an EMT. On a cold day in January, Tony is called to a gruesome crime scene involving the murder of a young woman and is shocked by what he finds. At the same time his buddy Jeff is searching for two boys that are trapped inside of an abandoned cave. Tony later tells his friend Detective Ron Clark about his findings only to discover that the murder has similarities to a case that Ron was involved with over twenty years prior. Ron begins to investigate the murders along with the help of Tony, certain that what they are dealing with is some sort of copycat killer. While bodies keep showing up in the city of Saint Paul, the victims are disappearing from northern Minnesota near the city of Duluth. Will Ron and Tony be able to catch the killer before they can claim another victim? The last book in this series promises to be a roller coaster ride of suspense, plot twists, and thrills that any fan of the series will enjoy.
