Table of ContentsReviewsReally proud of how Ron Cegnar took on this enormous effort as a way to 'pay it forward' to an industry that is in need of supply chain professional development. Ron's book should be required reading for any restaurant chain department - large, medium, or small. While intended for a university Master's degree setting, the book can be used in a business setting for the professional development or seasoned or new supply chain managers and their trading partners.
