OverviewPsychologist Dr. Andrew Dobo's ""Unburdening Souls at the Speed of Thought"" recounts the transformative journey to wholeness that was modeled by Christ and is accelerated by a ground-breaking therapy known as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Psychology and religion intersect in the book's incredible tales, which move from despair to hope, hate to love, and fear to peace. The book will give hope to those suffering mental anguish as they are exposed to a new map of the soul modeled by Christ's passion and shared by psychology. It shows how survivors of trauma can heal and overcome negative beliefs about themselves. It's for those who want to better understand the soul and for those who do not even imagine such a thing exists. And it will fascinate any reader interested in the power of the mind. He has administered over 15,000 EMDR sessions in his career. Now his days are spent consulting, writing, and teaching other therapists about EMDR therapy. Dr. Dobo is highly credentialed in EMDR and has lived his life as a Jungian. He recorded his first dream in 1978 while studying music as a young man living in Chicago. He has never stopped using his dreams as navigational tools in his life. He eventually noticed that as he was using the EMDR model, he was also integrating Jungian thought, which included dreams to explain the EMDR process with his clients. It became clear to him that EMDR activated a transformation journey that the clients were invited to travel during his work with them. He noticed the clients moved through six stages and these six stages encompassed the twelve steps of a hero's journey identified by Joseph Campbell. These observations were the catalyst for his books and his innovative EMDR trainings. Learn more at https: //EMDReducators.com Tab Content 6Author Website:Countries AvailableAll regions |
