Kate Lowry is a CEO coach, venture capitalist, and author based in Silicon Valley. An expert in fear-based leaders, Kate developed her methodology growing up in a personal fear-based regime, then refined her approach in the elite worlds of start-ups, private equity, management consulting, and big tech. She strives to help everyone she interacts with-readers, clients, and friends-to process difficult realities with grace, agency, and warmth. Her goal is for every reader to be empowered to reach their full potential, no matter their environment or circumstances.
