The manual presents an interactive section The Workbook, specifically designed for families to use to discuss the many faces of bullying. It even highlight the most detrimental of all bullies - The Grown-up bullies, the ones most parents and student encounter daily; those our society fail to focus its attention! Grown-up bullies were once children who were either victims of bullying or were themselves bullies, and their issues remain unresolved. The frightening truth about this group is, they often get away with bullying because they know how to be subtle, and many in our society expect grown-ups to know how to behave. Christine A. Vassell-Morgan is a West Indian author who migrated to the United States to live the American dream. She graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a B.S. degree in Management Information Systems. Though her career is in Public Administration, and Human Resources, she has worked as a substitute teacher who enjoys working with teens!
