Unbounded Thoughts: : On our Compulsive Urge to Fuse with the Infinite and Eternal

Overview

We are on a Cosmic scale and by all measurements just insignificant self-aware viruses in the midst of an eternal infinity, and yet, we are now nevertheless conscious of our particular finity and mortality ... and this fact alone has rendered us mad.Unless we find a way out of this conundrum, a dystopian world awaits us all, after which the destruction of our species will follow. We then require unbounded thinking to get us out of the conundrum in which we find ourselves no only as individuals but as cultures as well, wherein an 'unbounded planetary culture' promotes a philosophy of ethics to condition everything, freeing us at last to benefit from the luxury of peering into the eternal and infinity that created us all in the first place. This then is a basic exercise in navigating through the thick fog of ambiguity surrounding us all from birth to death - regardless of who we are, how intelligent we are, how powerful we are, how rich we are, and how special we think we are. In the course of our wandering we attempt to define some logic to our Earthly existence in the apparent infinite vastness of the Cosmos, since we seem caught up in what appears to be an undecipherable mission and purpose. Indeed, we seem to exist for a 'Purpose Unknown' to us all - at least at our present level of understanding. Yet, in spite of it all, we, humans, note: That we are conscious and can think. That we know we will inevitably die once our predictable short sojourn is over. That we share the near totality of animal characteristics possessed by all other mammals on Earth regardless of the level of awareness we possess. That we are involuntary automated with an embedded tribal savagery of survival at all costs as a legacy from our primeval time still preprogrammed at the core of our biology, instincts, and daily awareness. That we are completely immersed in a context of total ambiguity in nearly all aspects of life-despite the adolescent angst and bravado most of us exhibit against this fact - one of which is our endless fondness for unquestionable and allegedly unalterable dogmas. So, our advancements as self-aware human beings must now rest and take place mostly at the combined intellectual and ethical levels. That is why: We must keep on improving ourselves in every way imaginable and possible in a context saturated with sanity and kindness, because it is our only hope; the only way out at our disposal in order to appreciate and enjoy the gift of life and consciousness awarded to us for reasons totally unknown to us all.And doing so: By living our life with the greatest integrity possible throughout our existence. And all the while the initial and continuing questions in the course of our short existence perpetually demands of us to attempt to answer the following questions: What is our raison d'etre, the purpose of our mysteriously awarded life and self-awareness, and why are we going into oblivion after such a short lifespan? These are simply deeply personal subjects, we all have to face, address and resolve if possible, before leaving this world.
