Overview

Die Auswirkungen der klimatischen Parameter auf die Milchproduktion von Murrah-Büffeln wurden anhand der monatlichen Milchproduktion von 379 Laktationen von Murrah-Büffeln in der Dairy Farm, College of Agriculture, Marathwada Krishi Vidhyapeeth, Parbhani in den Jahren 1985 bis 2009 untersucht. Mit Hilfe von Korrelations- und multiplen Regressionsanalysen wurden verschiedene Variationsquellen für die Milchleistung untersucht. Das Kalben der Murrah-Büffel war nicht in allen Jahreszeiten gleichmäßig verteilt. Der Einfluss von Umweltfaktoren auf die Spitzenmilchleistung, die Laktationsdauer und die Laktationsleistung wurde untersucht. In der Arbeit wurde die Komfortzone für eine hohe Produktion von Murrah-Büffeln ermittelt.
