Ug Want Hug: A hilarious story from prehistoric double act, Ug and Og, which teaches little ones that not everyone wants to be hugged

Overview

Meet Ug and Og, the hilarious new prehistoric double act. Ug REALLY wants a hug, but nobody will give him one. Not the grumpy toad, or the squirting flower, and DEFINITELY NOT the sabre-toothed tiger. Poor Ug! Could there be someone right under Ug's nose who would LOVE a hug . . . if only Ug would notice? A delightfully funny story with a light-hearted message about consent, which teaches little ones that not everyone wants to be hugged.

Author Information

Nancy Leschnikoff is an illustrator-designer who lives in Kent with her family. Growing up with her father who was also a professional illustrator, Nancy learned early on that doodling (all the time!) was her thing. She went on to study Design and Illustration at Nottingham Trent University, UK. Nancy has a quirky sense of humour that translates into her artwork, and she loves to work on projects that make children giggle.
