Dr. Dan D. Farcas has excellent credentials for writing UFOS Over Romania. He has a PhD in mathematics and computer sciences (State University of Bucharest), and experience in these fields, in teaching, and in the scientific exploration of UFO phenomena. His book covers the Romania UFO experience, which is less known than that of many countries. Some of its most interesting aspects include the early cases, the 1968 wave, and many more recent events.
