Author Information

Smriti Halls is an award-winning, critically acclaimed children's author. Since publication of her first picture book in 2012, she has had a US number 1 bestseller, published in more than 30 languages and nominated and shortlisted for several national awards. She was BookTrust's Writer in Residence. Katherina Manolessou is a London-based illustrator, printmaker and lecturer. Her children's books have been co-editioned in 16 different countries. She is currently senior lecturer on the MA in Children's Book Illustration at Cambridge School of Art.
