Rachel Caldwell (Illustrator) Rachel Caldwell is a painter and illustrator based in Pennsylvania, USA. She earned a B.F.A. in Communication Design from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, where her studies included Drawing, Printmaking, and Graphic Design.
