Wayne L. Davis holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Science in Business Administration, and a Ph.D. in Criminal Justice. Dr. Davis has graduated from city, state, and federal law enforcement academies and he has over 20 years of law enforcement experience with city, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. Dr. Davis was a field-training officer with the Indiana State Police and has received the U.S. Customs & Border Protection Commissioner's Award. Yu-Wen Lai holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Literature from the National Chengchi University in Taiwan. She teaches Chinese Language and continues her master's degree at Lincoln Memorial University. Qiangjian Song holds undergraduate degrees of theology and education administration. Currently, he is working on his master degree of Criminal Justice at Lincoln Memorial University.
