This is a special and one of a kind test book, as although the tests are full length and scope and everything is still covered, these tests focus more on scheduling and planning, by allocating more questions to these subjects, and follow the percentage of processes for each knowledge area, in order to better match the information given in PMBOK(r). Scheduling lies in the heart of Project Management, with the most number of inputs and outputs, and the most number of things can be tracked with it. To understand how it fits and relates to other processes, will enable candidates to better grasp the big picture. To do this, the book has a short sample schedule and derives a lot of questions from this schedule, not only for scheduling, but how it relates to other areas, in both tests. However for completeness of test, other areas are still sufficiently covered. Author has 15 years of experience in construction industry in project management.
